Civil Defense Day
Civil Defense Day aims to raise awareness and preparedness among society against natural disasters, wars, or other emergencies. This year, this important issue was emphasized with an event organized for our primary school students and teachers.
Our students and teachers had the opportunity to learn civil defense awareness in practice through an unannounced drill. They gathered in the emergency muster point after the drill. Students were evaluated based on their behavior during this process.
Students completed the exit ticket activities to determine the successful behaviors and the areas where they need to be more careful. These tickets were used to strengthen the students' awareness of civil defense and to reinforce the correct behaviors. Students analyzed the results shown by these cards, they hung their positive behaviors on the boards.
We believe that this event will contribute to our students' awareness and preparedness for emergencies in the future.
