Academicians In The Class
Within the scope of the "Academicians in the Class" event, which we organized to increase the in-depth learning experience of our students, this time, we hosted Prof. Aydın Ünal from Medipol University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nephrology. Ünal came together with our 5th and 6th grade students in Science class and discussed the topic "Kidney Health and Organ Transplantation".
Prof. Aydın Ünal's impressive presentation offered the students the opportunity to understand the role of the kidneys, the symptoms of kidney failure, treatment methods, and organ transplantation. In particular, this interactive presentation emphasized the importance of kidney health for leading a healthy life and helped students connect course content with real-life scenarios.
During the event, our students directed their questions about the subject to Prof. Aydın Ünal. This interactive session allowed students to participate more in the topic and learn in depth. Our students had the opportunity to communicate directly with a specialist while learning about kidney health and organ transplantation.
