Parent Workshop “Coping With Tough Times: Psychological Resilience”
In the parent workshop “Coping with Tough Times: Psychological Resilience,” organized by NUN High School, parents came together and shared mutual transfers about psychological flexibility with various exercises and dramas. The workshop touched on topics such as “what psychological resilience is,” “how to strengthen it,” and “the steps to guide our children on this matter.”
Thanks to the event, attention was drawn to the importance of the psychological endurance of humans. It allowed the participants to become aware and empowered on this issue. The workshop aimed to increase the ability to cope with challenging conditions and enlightened the participants on taking concrete steps to strengthen psychological well-being.
