Yürekli Kağıt Paper Mill Tour

To strengthen the consciousness of our first-grade students of nature and the awareness of recycling, a trip was organized to the Kare Kağıt Transformation Center. As part of the visit, the students observed how paper waste is collected and reused through first-hand experience.
Guided by their teachers, they started by learning about the collection stage of waste paper. This was followed by the separation process, where different types of paper were sorted, then the cleaning process, where waste paper is prepared for reuse. Finally, they explored the reproduction process, witnessing how the cleaned paper is transformed back into usable paper products. The students discovered the contribution of recycling to the environment and its importance in protecting natural resources.
