MONTESSORI PRACTICES AT HOME
Our parent workshop on Montessori Practices at Home, which took place on March 16, was held in English by our kindergarten teacher Anam Rafıq. The aim in the workshop was to inform parents about Montessori parenting strategies, to raise awareness about the importance of the Absorbent Mind and Sensitive Periods in the first years of life, and to guide them to organize their home and routines to provide assistance during children's growth and development.
The workshop was highly interactive. And the parents and teachers participated into the program. The number of questions received was extraordinary, which showed their curiosity to learn more about the subject.
In addition, a small table was set up with DIY Montessori activities that parents and teachers of young children could inspire, and the products were displayed.
