We Learned the Unknowns about the Space
This week, the guest of the Middle School NUN Meetings was Prof. Dr. İbrahim Küçük, a professor of astrophysics known for his eye-opening works in the field of astrophysics in our country and also the President of the Turkish Astronomy Association.
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Küçük, who explained the universe, space, solar system and the place of the Earth in the space, answered the questions of our students in the online event held with the participation of our middle school students. Mr. Küçük told the pleasure of looking Earth from the space, contributed to an increase in students' interest and their curiosity about space and talked about the studies conducted in Turkey. He gave information about the Eastern Anatolian Observatory (DAG), which is the largest in our country and the third highest in the world.
