Children’s Homes Hosting Program
To embrace the spirit of Ramadan, NÛN High School students participated in "Corridor Iftar" programs across all grade levels. At the start of Ramadan, students drew names for "Dua Friends," prepared gifts, and exchanged them before the iftar meal. The meal itself was prepared by students during a kitchen workshop, reinforcing the values of teamwork and social responsibility.
This year, the iftar dinner extended beyond our school community, as we hosted students from Children’s Homes. This strengthened bonds of brotherhood and created a shared experience. Our guests joined our students in the kitchen workshop, and together, they shared the iftar meal. This event highlighted the core values of empathy, sharing, and cooperation. Following the iftar, our guests received thoughtful gifts and were sent off with warm wishes.
This event created lasting Ramadan memories for our students, reinforcing brotherhood, tolerance, social skills, and respect.
