UZBEKISTAN TRIP
UZBEKISTAN TRIP

Our high school students took a trip to Uzbekistan with our teachers and guide in order to see different geographies, discover new cultures and support the individual and academic development of our students.
In line with the importance our school attaches to academic development, intellectual accumulation and cultural life, it is aimed that our students learn by living the historical and geographical information in the books in order to contribute to their social-cultural development. They analyzed the historical, geographical and cultural texture of the region and made evaluations for the past and the future.
Our trip started with a plane trip from Istanbul to Samarkand, followed by city tours of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. After visiting Abdul Khaliq Ghijduwani and Baha-ud-din Naqshband in Bukhara, we set out for Khiva via the Kyzylkum Desert road. Many places were visited, such as Chor Minor, the inner city of Itchan Kala Khiva, Uzbekistan, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1990, and the Caliph Niyazkul Madrasah. After the flight from Urganch to Istanbul on the last day of the trip, they completed a journey where the doors of a new culture were opened for them.
