NUN Schools Are Ready for the New Academic Year!

Together to Raise Good People!
NUN Teachers are diligently preparing for the upcoming academic year.
As September approached, our teachers came together in NUN Schools to start the preparations for the new academic year. Excited to be reunited, they meticulously reviewed their plans and strategies for the new academic year. During the seminar period, they shared their experiences, perspectives, and the latest educational approaches alongside their knowledge and expertise.
The seminars lasted five weeks; our teachers came together with the experts, including Prof. Dr. Zeki Bayraktar, Assoc. Dr. Ahmet Cüneyd Tantuğ, Dr. Serkan Demir, Şule Alan, and Yavuz Yiğit.
More than a hundred seminars were held with topics such as Chat GPT, Sexual Identity Development, Vocabulary and Language Skills, Nature-Based Course Design, Mathematical Literacy, Role of Libraries in IB, Approaches to Assessment and Evaluation in IB, Integrating Children's Literature into Classes, Storytelling in Education.
Our teachers evaluated not only the academic development of the students but also their character development and the processes they went through to become a "good person" and what they could do to become individuals who act with the integrity of knowledge, will, emotion, and action, and to prepare them for the future stronger.
During the seminar programs, our teachers had the opportunity to constantly improve themselves, follow innovations, and learn different perspectives and pedagogical approaches.
