MYP INTRODUCTION AND PARENT MEETING
On Saturday, October 22, IB MYP Introduction and Parent Meeting with the parents of the 5th and 6th grade students, and a parent meeting with the parents of our prep and 9th grade students were held.
In the meetings, the unit templates of our IB program were explained. Parents asked their questions to our teachers one-on-one in the meetings which continued throughout the day.
In the workshop where the learning processes of the IB Middle Years Program were included, group work and skill development were emphasized. In the workshop, where the vision and mission of our school were discussed in detail, activities were held in order to create a common language with our parents and to ensure the necessary readiness for parental support. The elements that create the learning environment were shared in the workshop. It was completed with reflection forms.
