Maths Week

World Mathematics Day, where even the calendars show the number of π, has been celebrated for some time in many parts of the world, as "Pi Day". The underlying reason for celebrating this day as “Pi Day” was the similarity between the expression 3.14, which represent of the date of March 14, and the number 3.14, which is the approximate value of the number Pi. However, this day has now been proclaimed the International Day of Mathematics by UNESCO. Every year, a new theme is determined for World Mathematics Day and activities are planned in light of this theme. This year's International Day of Mathematics theme, which we will inquire about, has been determined as "Mathematics for Everyone".
We celebrate World Mathematics Day with great enthusiasm every year in NUN Schools with the incredible content we have prepared. With the traditional Mathematics Day celebrations, we aim to make our students love mathematics and bring them one step closer to mathematics thanks to that day.
