Leadershıp Educatıon Program

Leadership training was provided by our Human Resources Unit to the administrators and heads of departments in our school to make the functioning of the school more efficient. In the program, it is aimed to provide leadership characteristics such as inspiring others, self-confidence and ability to maintain composure in any situation, increasing team leadership skills by showing respect, interest and value to team members, efficiency, empathy and mutual trust relationships, and maximum productivity for the team, which can make the best decisions under pressure. As NUN Schools, we attach importance to this and various other studies in order to carry our qualified education staff further in the processes of directing, shaping and applying knowledge and education.
