Anxiety Management Training- Mehmet Dinç
Associate Professor Mehmet Dinç conducted an "Anxiety Management Training" session for our 12th-grade students. The training focused on teaching students anxiety management techniques to enable them to cope more effectively. It provided a valuable opportunity for students to learn healthier ways to manage anxiety during this stressful period in their lives.
Mr. Dinç shared personal anecdotes and experiences, while also engaging students in the process by asking them questions.
Through this training, our students gained valuable insights into self-awareness and emotional regulation, taking a significant step towards a happier and more balanced life.
