Jeux Dramatıques Parent Workshop
Jeux translates to the pleasurable joy of playing and designed games, while dramatiques carry the meaning derived from an individual's own experiences. In its simplest form, Jeux Dramatiques can be defined as dramatic play. It's a form of expressive, non-verbal dramatization where a group, guided by an instructor, designs costumes and settings for a play based on a chosen stimulus. Jeux Dramatiques Parent Workshop given the opportunity to parents to get acquainted with drama play, and its elements and share this experience. The workshop was led by our school's drama teacher and gave the participants the chance to experience a new art form through various dramatic plays.
During the workshop, the parents had a drama experience by acting in the plays prepared in accordance with the determined stimuli. The event allowed participants to express themselves and share their emotional experiences.
The Jeux Dramatiques Parent Workshop supported the cooperation between the school and the families by providing parents an opportunity to actively participate in their children's education and the importance of drama activities.
