Waste Hunters PYP Group Street Intervıew

As part of their PYP Exhibition, students conducted a street interview "food waste" issue from which they have chosen among the concerns of today's world. The interview was prepared and done by the students. By doing so, our students had the opportunity to better understand the size and effects of the food waste problem. Through interviews, they discovered the approach and the level of knowledge about food waste in the community. At the end of the interview, our students informed the public about the amount of waste produced in the world and determined the measures individuals were taking to minimize waste.
In addition, thanks to street interviews, our students' empathy and sensitivity skills have been strengthened. Listening to and understanding people's experiences with food waste has helped our students appreciate the lives and perspectives of others.
