Lifelong Learning - Sourdough Turkish Pide
Our schools' natural life and sustainable life consultant Esma Yıldız held a kitchen workshop with our employees. She prepared a recipe for Turkish Pide using traditional sourdough. The workshop started with the general information regarding sourdough, then participants prepared their pides. Ms. Yıldız emphasized the importance of receiving natural and healthy nutrition, and mentioned the importance of sourdough among our traditional flavors.
With this event, the employees not only learned the keys for making a delicious pide, but also learned about the natural and healthy nutrition. The workshop, organized within the scope of efforts to promote healthy living in the company culture, offered the participants the opportunity to have fun and also provided important achievements about healthy eating habits that can be realized in daily life.
