World Book Day

Within the scope of World Book Day, the subject of books was discussed in English classes. Based on the goal of educating individuals who read and understand “the book of the universe” to think originally, inquire, use communication and social skills properly and with the awareness that the earth is a library, the language development of our students was continued to be supported with corridor presentations and book exchange activities as well as book character analysis and presentations in our classes.
With these activities organized on World Book Day, our students not only improve their language skills but also their thinking abilities and critical thinking skills. The event allowed our students to recommend and share books not only with their friends in their classes but also with other students throughout the school. They also found the opportunity to improve their communication skills and confidently express themselves.
