November 20th World Children's Day Activities

November 20th World Children's Day was celebrated with various activities prepared by the Middle School Social Studies Department, focusing on the importance of children's rights at both campuses. The day began with a repertoire of children's songs by İzzettin Hümayi Bey being played during breaks. Simultaneously, a student-created art exhibition centered on children's rights themes opened at each campus.
To further promote understanding of children's rights, an informative video on the Convention on the Rights of the Child was featured on the corridor smart boards. In addition, a notice board titled "Children in Islam" encouraged students to explore the topic from multiple perspectives. Nearby, the Social Institute presented its project, "Convention on the Rights of the Child in the Digital World," inviting students to review its contents and convey their reflections through drawings.
During lunchtime, students at both girls' and boys' campuses enjoyed traditional children's games, guided by the Physical Education Department.
These activities aimed to foster students' awareness of children's rights, nurture their connection to traditional games, and strengthen their critical thinking about children's rights in the context of the digital world.
