First Lesson of the Semester in Our School!
Our students started the new academic year with online education on Monday, August 31. With live classes, make-up lessons and video content, NUN Online Distance Education Platform allows us to continue our new academic year without interruption.
Our school completed face-to-face and hybrid education model preparations and will continue on our distance education platform online until 21st of September. All classes are customized for our students in any level and we applied synchronous and asynchronous lessons; the differentiation in-class also continues. Teacher-student interaction is prioritized in the digital platform; our students and parents may ask questions irrelevant to the lesson to our Counselors and homeroom teachers in one-to-one interviews.
Our Founder Representative Fatih Nida Üye said, “We are going through a process that affects and limits our lives. In this process, of course, we learned to do many things that we wish to do under ideal conditions in different formats, to acquire new habits and to cope with this difficulty. In the second semester of the last academic year, we had a very productive distance education process without any problems. A total of 1058 hours of lectures including 766 hours of synchronous, 20 hours of asynchronous, 239 hours of study and 33 hours of other activities were held online with our NUN Online distance education platform. During the summer period, we considered every possibility and completed all our preparations to carry out our education activities in three models: face-to-face, remote and hybrid. Until we start face-to-face education, we will continue our lessons without any interruption through our NUN Campus platform, as in the previous semester. We will continue to follow our students personally, even from a distance, and to prepare custom online programs for them.”
