Our Teacher Was Invited to The National Storytelling Congress
Our teacher was invited to the National Storytelling Congress
Our Social Studies Teacher Ayşe Çam was invited to the National Storytelling Congress held at Yıldız Technical University Davutpaşa Campus. She took part in the congress with a workshop entitled “Story Apron Interdisciplinary Story Workshop”.
Our teacher shared the story of “Lullaby” she made for NUN School students after the academic briefing in her workshop with the participants. She shared the learner profile and ATL skills in the interdisciplinary story of social studies and science gains and contributed to the IB curriculum. During the presentation, she also used the story suitcase, story apron and three-dimensional materials design at our school in addition to the videos, written and visual examples from our student’s work.
At the end, she completed her presentation with a workshop on story writing and interdisciplinary story design that was created with the participants.
