Debate Competition at NUN Primary School

On the occasion of Domestic Goods Week a debate on production and consumption was held at NUN Primary School.
The debate was organized to question “Is it necessary to increase the production or consumption to strengthen the country’s economy?” Our students tried to refute their thesis with respect and tolerance. Both groups, prepared sources, documents, proofs and examples appropriately for the IB researcher and inquirer learner profiles.
Our students presented their thesis with self-confidence by strengthening the presentation with the visual, video and poster works they prepared. Other students participated in the debate event to listen and discussed the issues among themselves. The winner thesis of the debate was that “It is necessary to increase the production in order to strengthen the country’s economy”.
