NÛN Family Members Gathered

The NÛN Family gathered at a special meeting organized on the occasion of Teachers' Day, taking a short break from the busy pace of the year, and celebrated this meaningful together. Our teachers and colleagues, attending with their families, came together in an environment that strengthened the sense of unity and solidarity. 

During the stage program held on Sunday, all teachers who contributed to our students' academic and personal development were congratulated, and they were thanked for their efforts and dedicated work. Subsequently, seniority plaques were presented to colleagues who completed their 5th and 10th years under the NÛN umbrella. These plaques gained a meaningful place as an important part of our journey, extending from the establishment of NÛN Schools to the present day. 

In speeches delivered by the executives of the NÛN Foundation for Education and Culture, emphasis was placed on the ideal of cultivating the "good people," which is central to our educational philosophy. All participants were thanked, and it was stated that the Foundation's efforts are strengthened by the common endeavor and harmonious operation of the NÛN Family. 

The program, which took place at a facility throughout the weekend, was enriched with the opportunities offered by the facility, various activities, team competitions, and planned surprises. Participants had the opportunity to meet with colleagues from different departments and their families, convening in an environment that supported institutional culture. 

Feedback from employees indicates that the gathering went beyond merely being a celebration, strengthening the sense of corporate belonging, motivation, and the culture of working together. Some employee evaluations included:

• "I thank our institution, our administrators, and our colleagues who contributed to the organization held within the scope of Teachers' Day. The value given to the teacher, the gentle touches, were very noticeable. Thank you again for your kind gestures." 

The positive feedback received from our employees indicates that the institution's human-centered approach and the value placed on effort are reciprocated. As NÛN Schools, we will continue to preserve this environment where all our colleagues are supported and valued, and to strengthen our educational journey together.
