Fatih Municipality Bilim Fatih (Science Fatih) Trip
Organized by our Design Department, our Grade 5 students participated in an educational trip to Bilim Fatih, where they engaged in hands-on workshops in technology, design, and natural sciences. Each student had the opportunity to experience two different activities based on their interests, fostering personalized learning.
In the Technology Workshop, students applied basic engineering principles and problem-solving skills to design and operate vibration robots, customizing their creations according to personal preferences. The Design Workshop introduced students to the traditional art of Tezhip (Illumination), enhancing their aesthetic awareness and fine motor skills. Meanwhile, the Natural Science Workshop offered an immersive experience in candle-making, allowing students to observe production stages closely.
Throughout the trip, students actively participated in experiential learning processes, gained confidence in creating, and strengthened their collaboration skills. This visit provided a meaningful learning experience that reinforced both scientific and artistic competencies, making learning truly memorable.
