Qualifications

• University graduate from undergraduate programs, continuing their master's or doctoral education
• Preferably, previously lived in dormitories or have experience working in dormitories
• Able to resident in our dormitory and work full-time
• Preferably experienced in the education sector
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Successful in human relations and prone to teamwork
• Ability to create a work environment and culture based on respect and love
• Consider individual, cultural and intellectual differences and respect diversity
• Pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting the motto of self-improvement

 Job Description

• Assist in the effective management of dormitory operations
• Organize activities that contribute to students' social and personal development
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the efficient operation of students' study times in the dormitory
• Maintain bedtime and wake-up routines
• Provide overnight supervision and security in the dormitory
