Qualifications

• University graduate from undergraduate programs, continuing their master's or doctoral education,
• Preferably, previously lived in dormitories or have experience working in dormitories,
• Able to resident in our dormitory and work full-time,
• Preferably experienced in the education sector,
• Able to communicate in English is a plus,
• Successful in human relations and prone to teamwork,
• Ability to contribute to the team with solution-oriented and constructive ideas,
• Pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting the motto of self-improvement,
• Sensitive to the environment, nature and animals,
• Ability to create a work environment and culture based on respect and love,
• Consider individual, cultural and intellectual differences and respect diversity,

 Job Description:

 We are looking for the applications of candidates who are able to:

• Assist the dormitory management in the smooth operation of dormitory processes,
• Ensure the regular functioning of the study programs,
• Maintain the internal operations of the dormitory, such as evening bedtime and morning wake-up times,
• Stay in our dormitory as boarders and ensure the dormitory order.
