Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the faculties of education
• Pedagogical formation
• Minimum 5 years of experience of teaching in classes/schools
• Eligible to meet the criteria for appointment by the Ministry of National Education (MEB)
• Adopted a student-centered education approach
• Able to develop teaching strategies suitable for different learning styles and needs
• IB (International Baccalaureate) or international program experience is a plus

Competencies

• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Able to use educational technologies and digital learning tools effectively
• Possess effective classroom management skills, able to maintain high student motivation
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High communication and collaboration skills, compatible with teamwork
• Able to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting the motto of self-improvement
