Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the faculties of education
• Master's degree in Assessment and Evaluation is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience of evaluation and assessment at schools
• Adopted a student-centered education approach
• Able to develop teaching strategies suitable for different learning styles and needs
• IB (International Baccalaureate) or international program experience is a plus
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Efficient use of educational technologies and able to use digital learning tools
• High communication and collaboration skills, prone to teamwork
• Strong communication with students, parents and colleagues
• Pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting the motto of self-improvement

Job Description

• Feedback to homework,
• Prepare exam paper feedback
• Improve assessment and evaluation tools
• Prepare action plans according to exam results
• Preparing different types of statistical for monitoring student improvement
• Organizing teacher trainings for assessment and evaluating; conducting teamwork with teachers (design scoring key, determining student acquisition level etc.)
• Organize exam processes
• Contribute various policy documents of the school
• Support internal and external assessment studies
