Qualifications

- Graduated from education faculties of universities

- Pedagogical formation

- At least 3 years of management experience in private schools

- Able to meet the MoNE appointment criteria

- Adopted a student-centered education approach

- Develop teaching strategies appropriate to different learning styles and needs

- Preferably with IB (International Baccalaureate) or international program experience

Competencies

- Preferably able to communicate in English,

- Will be able to fulfill the general administrative responsibility of the school,

- Mastering Official Affairs and Ministery of Education legislation

- Experienced in management,

- Able to produce effective solutions in crisis management,

- Ability to use educational technologies effectively and master digital learning tools,

- Have effective classroom management skills and can keep student motivation high,

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills,

- High communication and collaboration skills, teamwork-friendly, dynamic, and strong verbal and written communication skills,

- Establish strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues,

- Students who pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting self-improvement as a motto.
