Green Crescent Week Seminar
NÛN Meetings were held with the theme of “Fighting Addiction” on the occasion of Green Crescent Week. Our guest was the President of the Beykoz Branch of the Turkish Green Crescent Society, Dr. Mahmut Talha Uçar. Mr Uçar presented a seminar to our students titled “Where there is green, there is life!” During the seminar, students learned valuable information about how to fight addiction effectively.
After the seminar, our high school students attended an interactive Q&A session, where they found the opportunity to ask and discuss what they were curious about. This session focused on the participation of young people, and Uçar provided valuable insights and knowledge that enriched the discussion.
In this meaningful event of the NÛN Meetings, our young people not only gained knowledge about the fight against addiction, but also had the opportunity to discover their own strengths and understand their roles in this struggle.
