Vanikoy Mosque Visit
A trip to Vaniköy Mosque was organized for our kindergarten students. As part of the visit, the various sections of the mosque were introduced and explored closely. Through conversations and stories shared by the mosque official, age-appropriate information regarding the usage of the space was provided.
The program included a short observation activity inside the mosque, followed by games played under the guidance of the Imam. The event concluded meaningfully with small gifts given at the end of the visit.
This trip allowed students to become familiar with a cultural space, experience rules for shared public areas, and develop skills in respect, responsibility, and collective action, as well as enhancing observation and collective action skills in early years through social interaction.
