Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts Visit

As a joint organization of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature and the Department of Visual Arts, our grade 9 students visited the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts to reinforce the lesson topic "Fine arts are different forms of expressing feelings and thoughts." During the trip, our students had the opportunity to gain different experiences by studying that literature is a “language” art whose material consists of words and its relationship with visual arts, our cultural elements. They have gained important achievements such as experiencing various forms of expression of art, developing sensitivity to cultural heritage and understanding the importance of historical artifacts, along with the opportunity to enrich their cultural knowledge in the museum, where there are many historical, cultural and religious artifacts.
