Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation Visit
Our 6th-grade students, who are currently working on the theme of "Founders of Waqfs (Foundations)" for the new issue of the book Ezber Bozan Çocuklar Book, prepared by the Social Studies Department, visited the Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation. During the trip, students had the opportunity to observe the culture of the organization, which is among the traditions of Anatolian civilizations. They also learned the operational structures of these institutions on-site.
During meetings with foundation executives, students learned about the organization’s founding purposes and social benefit-oriented projects, witnessing firsthand how charitable activities are transformed into institutional structures. Our students reflected the insights gained during this on-site learning activity into their articles and projects.
This visit strengthened our students' sense of social responsibility and contributed to their awareness of preserving and sustaining cultural heritage.
