We participated in Mate ROW Contest with our Underwater Vehicle
Our school is building upon the success it achieved at TEKNOFEST ISTANBUL last year. This time, our team has participated in Mate ROW Turkey regional contest this year for the first time with their underwater vehicle.
Further improving the projects they started last year within the scope of TEKNOFEST ISTANBUL, our team designed and produced the parts of the underwater vehicle on their own. Our students based their work on a sustainable design and used a 90-degree rotatable pneumatic stick and a 180-degree folding outlet in their vehicle, İNAN 2.0. This year’s vehicle has a distinctive body comparing to the the last year’s vehicle. Additionally, İNAN 2.0 underwater vehicle has a two-layered structure.
Our team “Hydrotech ROV” has 9 members who want to reflect the experience they will gain through their Mate ROW Journey to TEKNOFEST ISTANBUL 2019.
