Serbest Kürsü (Open Forum)
We organize “Serbest Kürsü” (Open Forum) series to build public speaking skills and give students space to share what they know in their areas of interests. This week, a rich agenda was followed on both campuses, nurturing individual talents and peer learning.
Boys’ Campus: In the first session, Ertuğrul A. gave a presentation on Samarkand, one of the major centers of world civilization, offering both historical and geographical insights. In the second, Ömer G. shared a poem he wrote for Energy Efficiency Week, drawing attention to the importance of conserving resources.
Girls’ Campus: In the first gathering, Vera T., Eslem T., Reyyan Ş., and Elif Su M. prepared pancakes. In the second, Aylin Nora M., Meryem Betül Ö., Zehra Mina B., Eda Melis Y., and Aişe Ulya P. prepared fruit salads—underscoring the importance of healthy eating while showcasing excellent teamwork.
