Serbest Kürsü (Open Forum)

Middle school students continued to share their interests and research through Open Forum sessions, presenting across a wide range of themes from arts to sports and culture. Students either shared a skill of theirs or an experience, inspiring and opening up new phases for their friends.

Zeren from Grade 5 introduced the art of origami, contributing to fine motor skills and creative thinking through hands‑on practice. Another Grade 5 student, Aylin Nora, led a workshop on bracelet making, supporting craft skills and peer instruction. Aişe Münteha and Nefise Serra from Grade 6 presented on tennis, enhancing technical understanding and sports awareness. Elif Gülce from Grade 5 introduced karate, creating a space for experiential learning and physical coordination.

In sports‑focused sessions, our Grade 7 student Kadir Çağrı explored the philosophy of kickboxing, connecting discipline, continuity, and self‑control to daily life—strengthening personal development awareness. Kadir Çağrı also held a practical session where he showed some moves in kickboxing and let his friends try them. Ali Osman from Grade 7 analyzed leadership strategies in his presentation titled "The Best Managers in the History of Football,", supporting historical and strategic thinking through his presentation

In the cultural session focused on learning about geographies and cultures, Muhammed Enes presented on England, exploring its history, culture, and daily life while emphasizing how engaging with different cultures broadens perspective and world view. His presentation also brought awareness on how learning diverse cultures contributes to evaluating the world from a broader perspective.

These sessions, driven by active student participation, provided a valuable platform for public speaking, peer learning, and intellectual exchange, contributing to both academic and personal development.
