“A Literary Heart‑to‑Heart” with Seçil Karabel
Author Seçil Karabel joined our “A Literary Heart‑to‑Heart (Kitaba Has Bi’Hâl)” program with students of the Library Club and the Community Service Project Group. Centered on her book Ağaçların Suçu Yok (The Trees Are Not at Fault), the session featured a talk and a close reading.
Participants explored the book’s writing story and thematic structure. Guided questions deepened the discussion, and students reflected on the text’s world of meaning.
The gathering concluded as a learning‑rich event that nurtured reading culture and developed interpretive and critical thinking skills.
