Love of Paws Exhibition

Within the scope of the community project organized within the framework of the IB MYP (Middle Years Programme) at NÛN Schools, a project was carried out under the leadership of Lina Nur and Betül from the class 7B. The project "Love of Paws" aimed at raising awareness on animal rights.
The project holders held an art painting exhibition and a knowledge contest. The exhibition drew audiences' attention to the harsh conditions that animals live in through the pictures drawn by the students themselves. At the same time students tested their knowledge on animal rights with the knowledge contest.
The aim of the project was to create an agenda about animal rights among the school community and to raise awareness about this issue. The exhibition and the information contest led a discussion of this important issue among the students and increased the sensitivity.
The students aimed to strengthen their sensitivity about animal love and rights by giving wristbands, badges and bookmarks themed on our animal friends that they produced to their peers who participated in the exhibition.
