Halva Culture From Ottoman Empıre To The Present

The second workshop of the Ramadan was "Halva Culture From Ottoman Empire to the Present". Parents did not only focus on the taste, they actually examined all desserts in terms of health and culture starting from halva. We have put the most delicious but most questionable element of Ramadan on our agenda. Things we know, we do not know, things we thought to be true or wrongs we thought to be true... We examined how halva has an effect on our culture, cuisine and health. The parents showed great participation in the workshop where we followed different halva recipes.
