Student Achievements
Second Place Nationwide in the “Water Efficiency Campaign”
As part of the “Water Efficiency Campaign” organized in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, our Grade 10 student Meryem Beyza earned second place nationwide in the high school poetry competition. She will receive her award at the ceremony to be held in Ankara on 28–30 April. We congratulate all teachers, administrators, and especially our mentor teacher Canan Ekren, who contributed to this meaningful achievement.

TÜBİTAK 2204-B Research Competition
Among 1,200 applications from the Asian side of Istanbul, our students’ projects were shortlisted among the top 100 invited to the exhibition. In the Turkish language category, one of our projects became one of the 12 finalists nationwide. The project “Mystic Library: A Grammar Adventure in Search of Lost Pages,” developed by Ahmet Eren and İbrahim using Scratch, aims to teach grammar rules and commonly confused words through a digital game. With its mysterious atmosphere and puzzle‑based structure, the game enhances problem‑solving skills while reinforcing language learning. This project stands as a concrete reflection of our students’ engagement with research culture and creative technology use. We congratulate our students.

VEX IQ Robotics Tournament
The VEX Club students from NUN Boys Middle School returned from the VEX IQ Robotics Tournament with a proud 5th place ranking. Taking on roles such as coding, driving, and captaincy, our students demonstrated strong algorithmic thinking and an excellent sense of teamwork. We wholeheartedly congratulate Emir, Muhammed Huzeyfe, Ali Kerem, Yusuf İsmail, Kerem, and Tarık Ziyad for representing our school with dedication and skill.
