NUN MEETINGS - YEŞİM TONBAZ GÜLER
Director and screenwriter Yeşim Tonboz Güler was the guest of this month's NUN Meetings, where we brought together inspiring names that will be stimulating and instructive for our students and have achieved success in their careers and lives.
In addition to being a screenwriter, Tonbaz has worked as an editor and manager in various publications, and took various roles in many short films and documentaries. Her first short film On Hold that was shot in 2016 was screened in many film festivals in Turkey and abroad. Her movie "Münhasır" won the Best Cinematography award.
Students gained important information about cinema and directing in the conversation about why she chose cinema as a director. A productive program was held with Tonbaz's eye-opening answers to the questions asked by our students.
