National Technology Movement Discussed at NUN

Haluk Bayraktar, the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aerospace Cluster Association (SAHA Istanbul) and the board member of TÜBİTAK, had a conversation with our students at the dormitory on the national technology movement and “Unmanned Air Vehicles” within the scope of “NUN Evening Meetings”.
Bayraktar, who started his speech by explaining the journey of our civilization to science, also talked about how the steps taken for national technology in the Republican era were interrupted. He explained the importance of using domestic goods with the motto of “Strong Future of Our Country, the Technology Movement” Bayraktar talked about technological investments in aerospace sector, touched on how the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles will be shaped in the future and the opportunities to be provided by the concept of artificial intelligence. He advised young people to follow the technological advancements closely and to participate in activities such as Teknofest to improve themselves.
After the event ended with questions and answers, our students understood the importance of national technology and how technology would facilitate human life.
