Library Visit
Our middle school students visited Beykoz Çayır Library, enjoying the books and the environment and learning about membership, borrowing, and library systems. They also met author Seçil Karabel and analyzed her book, "Pina," through a respectful and friendly discussion. Students analyzed her book through visual reading and asked questions about what they had understood.
This experience strengthened the application of the library's manners, supported critical thinking, visual literacy, and analytical reading skills, while strengthening students’ engagement with books and literary interpretation, as well as peer review.
