CORPORATE IFTAR AND RAMADAN FESTIVAL
Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç was one of the honored guests of the iftar program held with the participation of all our employees in our Traditional Ramadan Festival. In his speech, Kılıç talked about the place and significance of the month of Ramadan in our faith and gave advice on how to make our young people love fasting and worship. He referred to the role of the month of Ramadan in Sufism, how Ramadan was welcomed in the Ottoman society, and the present equivalent of the traditions of tarawih and suhoor.
After the iftar program, the fun-filled activities of our Ramadan Festival started with the participation of our students and parents. All the prepared shows were quite enjoyable. Along with our traditional plays such as Hacivat and Karagöz, the street delicacies set up all over our campus also enjoyed by the participants.
We would like to thank all our employees, students, parents and stakeholders who participated in our Ramadan Festival and iftar program.
