Paper Workshop
Our students from elementary, middle, and high school levels produced their own papers using the waste papers they collected at school during the week in the event we organized within the scope of the “Our Hearts is One” project. They wrote letters and drew pictures on the papers they produced, telling their Palestinian brothers that they were with them.
They added flower seeds as a symbol of hope to the nearly thousand sheets of paper produced.
The hopeful and loving letters written by our students to their Palestinian brothers and sisters will be delivered to Palestine with the aid parcels prepared by the Turkish Red Crescent.
Thanks to the project, students have strengthened their feelings of sustainability and brotherhood and developed their awareness of social responsibility. At the same time, they felt the uniting effect of supporting their Palestinian brothers and sisters by sending them small notes at sight but carrying big meaningful messages.
