Destination: Future! Program

NÛN Schools Career Center successfully organized its 3rd "Destination: Future!" program, bringing together academicians, university rectors, students, and parents. The program aimed to support students' social, cognitive, academic, and emotional development, offering valuable guidance in their career planning process.

The opening remarks were delivered by Dr. Esra Albayrak, Chair of the NÛN Foundation for Education and Culture. Yücel M. Atış, General Manager of Prometheus Consulting and an expert in human resources, delivered a compelling presentation on "The Future of Professions, the Professions of the Future," highlighting the ongoing transformation and evolving occupational needs of today's business world.

The panel discussion, titled "Campus Journey: An Overview of Higher Education," was moderated by Prof. Tayfun Kındap, Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of the NÛN Foundation for Education and Culture. Distinguished speakers on the panel included: Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan (Rector of Ibn Haldun University), Prof. Dr. Nuri Aydın (Rector of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa), Prof. Dr. Naci İnci (Rector of Boğaziçi University), Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt (Rector of Marmara University), and Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman M. Uludağ (Rector of Galatasaray University).

Following the insightful panel, students had the opportunity to visit the promotion desks of numerous universities, including Boğaziçi University, Istanbul Technical University, Yıldız Technical University, Marmara University, Istanbul University, Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Medeniyet University, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, Ibn Haldun University, Turkish-German University, 29 Mayıs University, Medipol University, Sabahattin Zaim University, Bezmialem Foundation University, Galatasaray University, and Mimar Sinan University. They submitted their questions, met one-on-one with academics, and gained vital information to guide their future career journeys.
