First Day at NÛN Prayer Bead Workshop

Our Grade 5 male students participated in a prayer bead–making workshop organized by the Visual Arts Department on the first day of the academic year. While designing their own prayer beads, students experienced each stage of the production process through hands-on work.

By bringing together patience, craftsmanship, and aesthetic awareness, the workshop enabled students to develop fine motor skills, plan their design process, and experience the satisfaction of creating a meaningful object through dedication and effort. With the hope that their prayer beads would become lasting reminders connected to remembrance and reflection, students began the year in a meaningful and thoughtful atmosphere.
