Designed to support well‑being of our employees and offer a refreshing hands‑on experience amid a busy schedule, our Aromatherapy Anti‑Aging Cream Workshop attracted strong interest. Rooted in our Lifelong Learning philosophy, the session combined evidence‑informed self‑care with practical application.
Participants explored the fundamental causes of skin aging, how natural ingredients support the skin barrier, and the role of aromatherapy in protective care. After learning about botanical oils and their active components, attendees selected ingredients based on their skin profiles and formulated their creams.
The workshop encouraged a holistic approach to health and well‑being and strengthened motivation and collegiality—bringing together the science of natural ingredients with a meaningful space for shared learning.
