SOURDOUGH BREAD MAKING WORKSHOP 
As NUN Schools, we held a workshop with the parents of our primary school students where we talked about the details of bread and sourdough, which has an outstanding place in our culture, and we made delicious breads.
In the workshop, we talked about the tricks of bread making, GMO, sourdough and its benefits, and heirloom wheats. After teaching the slap and fold method to our parents in order to expose gluten, the cold fermentation and cooking stages were explained. We ended our workshop by receiving different activity requests from our parents.
