A Holistic Approach to Educational Leadership: Administrator Development Program Continues

NUN Schools continues to support the professional growth of its leadership team and strengthen the institution’s leadership vision. The Administrator Development Program, running until 11 May, aims to enrich school administrators' leadership skills and knowledge in line with our core values. Committed to supporting educational processes not only through academic success but also through a strong institutional culture, NUN Schools delivers this program in collaboration with Institute Social, approaching school leadership and management from a holistic leadership perspective.
Within the scope of the program, six strategically designed modules focusing on enhancing school climate and strengthening leadership strategies will be explored in depth. Sessions on Game Theory with Dr. Sinan Ertemel and Data‑Driven Decision Making with Dr. Münibe Zeynep Yılmaz examine the role of data and strategic thinking in management processes. Dr. İpek Coşkun Armağan focuses on the constructive role of conflict management and mediation skills within school settings. While Assoc. Prof. Adnan Veysel Ertemel instructs on developing innovative projects and encouraging original solutions in schools, sessions led by Dr. Münibe Zeynep Yılmaz and Prof. Dr. Şule Alan address ethical leadership, national and cultural sensitivity, and the construction of a climate of trust in educational institutions.
Contributing significantly to the professional development of our administrators, the program continues to integrate social and emotional maturity, representation, and ethical responsibility alongside technical competencies. NUN Schools remains committed to prioritizing initiatives that support educational leadership at an academic level and continuously enrich the culture of learning across the institution.
