ÇAMLICA MOSQUE AND ISLAMIC CIVILIZATIONS MUSEUM
NUN Middle School 6th grade students started their mosque visit by visiting the Çamlıca Mosque and the Museum of Islamic Civilizations. Welcomed by the Imam of Çamlıca Mosque, Ahmet Özdemir, they learned about the features of the mosque in detail. In the travel booklet specially prepared for our students, the activities inside the mosque were completed and the learned information was reinforced.
During the visit to the Museum of Islamic Civilizations, the works attributed to our Prophet, the Quran and its Enclosures, architectural elements in Islamic Art and many other works were combined with our in-class curriculum to gain different perspectives.
