Visit to Memory July 15 Museum

Organized by the High School History Department, Prep and Grade 9 students visited the and the Memory July 15 Museum and the Martyrs Memorial inside the museum, under the guiding principle of “We Have Come to Receive the Trust of Our Martyrs.” By visiting a site that reflects the nation’s commitment to independence and unity, students were encouraged to reflect on one of the defining moments of recent history.
In addition to exploring the museum and memorial site, students examined the symbolic meaning of the cypress trees planted in memory of the martyrs and discussed these meanings with their history teachers. The visit provided a meaningful context for students to reflect on sacrifice, courage, public spirit, and civic responsibility. At the same time, it strengthened their awareness of national memory and encouraged them to consider their role in preserving the values and responsibilities passed on by previous generations.
